Ruth   Patrick was amazed at all of the Whole Foods garb in the kehctin and taking over the fridge.  He made fun of my glass gallon-o-organic apple juice and likened it to Moonshine. I just keep reminding him  it's all about the gear  which is what I tell him when I take up a new hobby, sport or cooking activity. He sort of did the cleanse with me this past weekend and was unhappy with his new found gas issue (HA!) and I was ecstatic over the loss of mine.  He was geniunely helpful all weekend with water boiling and rice making. The food prep is alright with me as I'm used to part of my evening being spent preparing for the next day and hauling a bag of goods with me to work. I did not anticipate the supplements being an issue .I've started dreading the sheer volume of them! Things are starting to level out; still tired, but I almost feel like my body is adjusting and I'm getting back to  normal . This cannot be a good thing as my  normal  is the very reason I started the cleanse to begin with! We'll see what the rest of the week brings!!Happy cleansing!
there is places some local banks do. u pay heighr interest then somebody else would. look in the phone book and start calling some places and u would be surprised on how many places gives loans to ppl with bad credit. just tell them pretty much ur credit sucks but they will decide that. there is help stop looking on the computer.
