Education as a right is even a debate.  In the USA it's cmusolpory up to 12th grade, some are forced to stay in school until age 18 depending by state.  Higher education is not a right.  It's a privilege for those who qualify -one has to have good enough grade to attend.  There's plenty of colleges and spots to take on students.  Better schools get? to choose good students.  Students pay to go to a more desirable school, like Harvard.  You're like saying it's a right everyone drives   a Mercedes.
