We have applied for a home loan via a geemrnvont program. This allowed as low monthly payments compared to what the banks have to offer. Aside from low monthly payments, it allows us more than 10 years to pay the loan with low annual interest rates. There's also the option that if loaner has some money, they can pay in advance thus shortening the years of payment and lowering the interest.January 13, 2011 at 3:38 am
