The kids that I know that have gone there only went for a semester.  That does not mean that it was bad or ayhtning, they did come back better players. The  Ranch  is one of the best academies around.   So to answer your question YES she will improve.  She is still developing in every area of her life, it is a huge decision and ultimately she is going to have to want to do it, not you.  She will be all alone unless you know someone in New Braunfels TX.  Make sure there are no other places near home that she couldn't get quality coaching and hitting before deciding.
