You can't.  Even if you make a puhcasre and get cash back at the time of the puhcasre, it's considered a cash advance.  Some cards waive the cash advance fee if you get it at the time of a puhcasre, but you still accrue intereste charges from that point.  You would also not be able to get $3000 cash on a credit card with a $3000 credit limit.  There is no way around that.

Well I have been with them for 4 years, and I'm a wabtesmer of multiple websites, some of them are hosted on dedicated servers (knownhost)   others are on shared servers on different hosts (hostgator, justhost) but I think Eleven2 are very reliable. I've been getting good speed since 4 years, and I've never noticed any downtime. Some of the hosts' speed vary with time, but Eleven2 s speed is consistently good. So I would highly recommend it.Although I'm not very sure about the support as I'm a pro and I've never needed any support, so I cannot tell you if it's good or not; but if you want a reliable host with consistently good speed throughout, then choose eleven2.
