Well,yesterday I was utterly extaushed and the pain was very high.  In spite of that I managed to cook, shop and get most things done.  But I slept alot. Not sure what to do with the tea you gave us. how do you heat and serve since it is not in a tea bag?  Also, I don't know how to do smoothies so I decided to go with soup instead-hope this is okay. I am a bit like Barry in that this is very new.  I don't usually cook much-but the food is wonderful!. I love it.  It takes a bit of time to get everything done-but I think I can break some of this up in the evenings during the week.  I made a big batch of soup and some mung beans and rice for the week. -I love the mung beans.
