I made an offer on a short sale and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. A real etstae agent once told me that I should stay away from short sales because they always end badly. This probably isn't what you want to hear, but I will tell you anyway, keep looking. Short sales are a nightmare. I found the perfect place, you will too!
