roll your chicken in flour first then in egg wash then into bread crumb <a href="http://iloykmqjzq.com">coaitng</a>.. this should help a great deal..also don`t move your chicken around in the pan til ready to turn.. if it sticks and <a href="http://iloykmqjzq.com">coaitng</a> comes off then they weren`t ready to be flipped..
