I've had a headache for two days now, my etnrie back is achy and legs feel heavy, which I understand is normal.  Treating myself tonight to Chipotle veggie salad!  Interesting paradox is unfolding:  You do a cleanse, but during which you're tired and maybe  cranky', at the same time you're doing more food prep and dishwashing than you might do when your back and head are *not* hurting.  I have lost three pounds, which makes me happy.  Looking forward to us all getting together again on Thursday!
