I am a former chef and on occsaion will partake, I get the veggie ones, but there no more caloric than a small american style sub or small burger, most are loaded with veggies and you can ask for no mayo, I get hot sauce on mine. The first person is off there rocker, in a moderate amount as a meal with a drink it is not going to kill you that is for sure.
 By the way, my dad's coming over this wnekeed . His dad lives in New Zealand so he'll be staying with us. So much frantic cleaning and making up of the guest bedroom to be done.After that though? Net cruising! Yay!
